Home Information Packs from Thias Property Services
The majority of homes marketed for sale require a Home Information Pack or HIP, and from 6 April 2009 your HIP must be in place before your home is marketed.
The Home Information Pack was designed to take some of the stress out of the home selling process and with that in mind Thias Property Services want to assist you in making sure your HIP is completed promptly and accurately.

You can keep track of the progress of your HIP on-line by logging on to our HIP-2-View service. When you log on you can check progress, upload documents, or fill in your Property Information Questionnaire.
