Project type: A renovation project combined with external refurbishment of the Edwardian property including restoration and up grading of all existing exterior joinery new slate roof and Leadwork.

The homeowner of this Edwardian house wanted to completely refurbish the exterior of the property, maintaining the original features where possible, and combine external renovation work with improved levels of thermal Insulation, the property had an original slate roof that needed to be replaced, and a defective flat lead roof , this was an ideal time to up grade the insulation in two areas of the property.

In order to achieve the high standards of workmanship and the correct technical specification for the proposed work, a detailed home survey was carried out, and a specification and schedule of work was provided by THIAS.
